2 cups Almonds, soaked 2 cups Walnuts, soaked 1 tsp Garlic powder 1 tsp Onion powder 2 tbsp Nutritional yeast 1 – 2 tsp Himalayan or sea salt (to taste) 1/8 – 1/4 cup Olive oil
Soak nuts overnight, rinse & drain. Place nuts in a bowl and toss with the seasonings and olive oil. Place on a dehydrator sheet for drying. Dry for 12- 18 hours at 105°F until fully dried through and chewy crisp.
