4 cups raw almonds 1/4 cup Bragg liquid aminos or tamari 1/3 cup Nutritional yeast 2 tsp Fine dulse flakes Optional: Spike seasoning, garlic powder and/or any other favourite savoury herb or spice.
Spread nuts onto a cookie sheet and pop them into a pre-heated oven at 250F for 20-25 mins. Remove from heat and transfer to into a large mixing bowl. Sprinkle generously with Bragg Seasoning and coat the almonds well. Add nutritional yeast and dulse flakes and make sure all the nuts are coated nicely. Transfer back to the cookie sheet and toast in the oven for another 30 mins or so. Let them cool and break up any lumps by hand before serving.
