2 cups raw pumpkin seeds 1 tsp olive oil, or oil of choice 1 tsp braggs or soy sauce 1 tsp garlic powder pinch of cayenne pepper, more to taste
Preheat oven to 350F.
In a bowl mix all ingredients until the pumpkin seeds are completely coated.
Spread evenly on a baking sheet and bake for 15-20 minutes stirring every 5 minutes until the pumpkin seeds become fragrant, lightly brown, and some puff up.
Let them cool on the baking sheet before transferring them to an air-tight container.
