1 1/2 cups oil 1 1/2 cups maple syrup 2 cups honey 1/2 cup molasses
10 cups quick oats
1 cup dried cranberries 1 cup raisins 1 cup dried apricots, diced 1 cup shredded coconut 1 cup pumpkin seeds 1/2 cup sesame seeds
Heat the first 4 ingredients together until combined.
Pour over the quick oats and mix to coat. Spread out on cookie sheet and bake until golden (10-15 minutes).
Mix the last 6 ingredients with the oatmeal and return to the oven for 5-10 minutes. Break up while warm to avoid clumps.
