1 cup walnuts 1 cup water – Blend well and add: 1 cup water 1/4 cup onion powder 2 tsp sea salt 1/2 tsp celery salt 1 1/2 tsp garlic powder 1 tbsp Braggs liquid aminos 2 1/2 cups water – Bring to boil and add: 2 cups bulgur wheat
Blend the walnuts and water well, then add another cup of water, the onion powder, salt, celery salt, garlic powder, and braggs and blend until well combined.
Place in a sauce pan and add: 2 1/2 cups water
Bring to boil and add: 2 cups bulgur wheat
Return to boil, then simmer for 15 minutes.
Pour mixture onto two cookie sheets and bake at 200Œ_F for 3 1/2 hours, stirring every half hour. Let burger cool before storing in an airtight container.
Use in chili, soups, etc.
