Unfortunately that’s not something we would be able to advise you on. Though as postmenopausal women (and all people) still have hormones in their bodies, trying out some dietary changes to support hormonal health could be worth a try. Regardless, it’s always good to pay attention to how we feel eating certain things or certain ways. If we are able to find patterns and notice changes we can start fine tuning our diets to our individual bodies needs, so we feel our best. Reply
