Hi, nice combination, but found it a little too sweet. The dried fruit adds a lot of sweetness without all the brown sugar and honey. Any suggestions for reducing the sugar and having it still stick together well? Reply
Hi Bob. I think you could reduce the amount of brown sugar a bit without negatively affecting how the bars stick together. However, as it isn’t our own in-house developed recipe, and it was kindly shared with us by a customer, we haven’t done as extensive testing with variations such as reducing the sweetness. Please let us know if you have success making it a bit less sweet or any other changes you make! Reply
