Ingredients:

Dry Ingredients

  • 1½ cups Flour, all-purpose
  • 1½ tsp Baking Powder
  • 1½ tsp Baking Soda
  • 1½ tsp Cinnamon
  • ½ tsp Salt

Wet Ingredients

  • ¾ cup Butter, softened
  • ¾ cup Golden Cane Sugar
  • ¾ cup Whole Brown Sugar
  • 2 Eggs, large
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Mix in by hand

  • 2 cups Chocolate Chips
  • 1 cup Pecans or Walnuts, chopped
  • 1 cup Rolled Oats, old fashioned
  • 1 cup Coconut, shredded
  • ½ cup Sunflower Seeds
  • ½ cup Pumpkin Seeds

Directions:

Makes 24

Preheat your oven to 350°F.

Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl.

In a stand mixer, beat butter on med for 1 minute. Add sugars and beat again until creamy, 2 minutes, then add eggs and vanilla and beat until combined. Slowly, in increments, add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and blend until a dough is formed. Do not over mix.

Add nuts, seeds and oats to the dough and blend together using your hands until evenly distributed.

On a parchment lined tray, drop 2 tbsp of dough, 3 inches apart and bake for 12 min. until edges just start to brown. Let cool for 5 min. on sheet before moving to cooling rack.
